In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2019, had approved the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2019, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference and records. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company, has issued an Audit Report with Unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. The aforesaid declaration is given pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) and 52(3)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27,2016.
