A meeting of the Board of Directors of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited was held today (i.e. 26th October, 2018) at the Corporate Office of the Company at Second Floor, Hira Arcade, Near New Bus Stand, Pandri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Board of Directors has approved the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2018. We are enclosing herewith the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report made by Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 as Annexure- A. The Board of Directors has reconstituted the Audit Committee by inducting Ms. Bhavna Govindbhai Desai, Independent Director as a Member in place of Shri Dinesh Gandhi (Non-Executive Director) member of the Committee. Other details as per attached letter. The meeting of the directors was commenced at 10:30 AM and concluded at 01:30 PM
