Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2018 (enclosed herewith). The Board of Directors took note of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2018 (enclosed herewith). The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2018.
