GOLDEN CREST EDUCATION has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the 02nd quarter ended 30th September, 2018. 2. To discuss any other matters with the permission of the Chairman. It is further informed that the Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct farmed by the Company shall be closed for all designated persons of the Company and their relatives from 01st November, 2018 to 14th November, 2018 (both days inclusive).
