Further to our intimation dated November 1, 2018, this is to inform you, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, which commenced at 04.00 p.m. and concluded at 05.30 p.m., the Board inter alia, approved un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 as recommended by Audit Committee of the Company. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a Limited Review of the unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company
