Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 13th February, 2019 accompanied by the Limited Review Report by our auditors M/s Motilal & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The meeting was started at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.10 p.m.
