Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 31st March 2019 and Audit Reports for the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations; M/s. Jayesh Shah & CO. Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, have issued the Auditors Report with an unmodified opinion on the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for financial year ended 31st March 2019. This declaration is made pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations. The Board meeting started at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at about 5.30 P.M.
