Further, the Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out Limited Review of the above results and the Limited Review Report is attached for your records. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.45 A.M. and concluded at 1.25 P.M. Further, the Press Release on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 is also attached.
