GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Statements, Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019. This is to inform that, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 3rd April, 2019 and will be reopened on 1st June, 2019 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 30th May, 2019.
