In terms of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 which have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 14th August, 2018. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 14:05pm. We would like to inform you that the Company will publish the Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018, in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47 (1) (b) of the Listing Regulations in the format prescribed by SEBI.
