GUJARAT INDUSTRIES POWER CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve With reference to earlier intimation dated 26/07/2018, it is hereby intimated that - I. the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company earlier scheduled to be held on Friday, the 10th August, 2018 is rescheduled and now the same will be held on Monday, the 13th August, 2018. II. in terms of the Code of Conduct enunciated by Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is also hereby informed that the Trading Window Closure is extended and shall remain closed up to Thursday, the 16th August, 2018.
