Pursuant to Regulations 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that as recommended by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at its Meeting held today i.e. 1st November, 2018, approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and First Half of FY 2018-19 ended on 30/09/2018.
