A copy of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2018 together with Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith. 2. Approved appointment of M/S. KRS & Co., Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-2019. This may be taken as compliance under the Listing Regulations. Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge receipt.
