Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 and to consider if any, declaration of final dividend for the financial year 2018-19. Further, pursuant to our intimation to the Stock Exchanges pertaining to the closure of the trading window effective from April 3, 2019 for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code, the closure period shall end 48 hours after the fourth quarter financial results are made public on May 15, 2019.
