In compliance with Regulation 30 & Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial (standalone) Results of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited (Company) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 alongwith Audit Report issued thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019, as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. May 15, 2019 at 02.30 pm and concluded at 5.20 pm. We hereby declare that the statutory auditors of the Company M/s Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants have in their report issued an unmodified opinion on the audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2019.
