HARRISONS MALAYALAM LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 13th November, 2018 to consider inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018. Further, Pursuant to the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from the close of business hours on 05.11.2018 (evening) to 15.11.2018 (evening) for the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018.
