Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2019, inter alia, to : 1. Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 (Q3). 2. The proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2018-19. The Interim Dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before February 15, 2019.
