The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., October 22nd, 2018 has inter-alia approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. A copy of the Un-audited Financial Results as per SEBI format and the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 are enclosed pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
