Upon recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today (i.e., 24th January 2019) has approved the un-audited Financial Results as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018 and the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the quarter ended 31st December 2018 are enclosed pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
