A Copy of the Results approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting duly signed by the Director is enclosed herewith. Meeting concluded at 2.40 P.M. Pursuant to Regulation 33(2) (c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, please find enclosed herewith a Copy of the Limited Review Report dated 9th February, 2019, for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 issued by M/s G.C. Agarwal & Associates. Chartered Accountants Delhi; the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
