HINDUJA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 and to consider declaration of third interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the `Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 28, 2019 till February 9, 2019 (both days inclusive).
