HINDUSTAN COPPER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Copper Ltd will be held on Thursday, the 9th August, 2018 to, inter alia, consider and approve financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. The Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from 31st July, 2018 to 11th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives under the Companys Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders.
