Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. along with auditors (M/s. M.B. Agrawal & Co. CAs) Review Report thereon, for your records. Please note that the said results are recommended by the audit committee and are approved by the Board at their Meeting held on 10th August, 2018.
