Further to our letter No. HOC/SEC/382BM/2018/14/11 dated 11th October 2018, (intimating the date of Board Meeting under Regn.29) and in compliance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations , enclosed please find herewith the Unaudited quarterly/half yearly Financial Results (as per Ind.AS) for the Quarter/Half year ended 30-09-2018 of our Company (HOCL) viz. Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd., along with Auditors (M/s. M.B. Agrawal & Co., CAs) Review Report thereon for your records. Please note that the said results are recommended by the Audit Committee and are approved by the Board at their Board Meeting held on 14th November, 2018.
