Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with CLAUSE 7 of PARA A of PART A of SCHEDULE III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Board of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. 13.11.2018, inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30.09.2018. The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 13.11.2018. Further pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, we enclose the following: (i) Statement showing the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.09.2018. (ii) Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.09.2018. Further, pursuant to Regulation 46(2) (I) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the said financial Results are being uploaded on the website of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.30 P.M and concluded at 2:15 P.M. You are request to kindly take note of above.
