In terms of Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find attached the details of the voting results of the aforesaid postal ballot exercise along with the Scrutinizers Report. The approval is deemed to have been received on the last date of receipt of postal ballot forms, i.e. on January 2, 2019 and the said resolution was passed with requisite majority.
