IFB AGRO INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th January, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results (standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 and other business. Further, in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 18th January, 2019 to 1st February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
