IND Renewable Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for trading in Securities of the Company, from January 18, 2019 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
