IND RENEWABLE ENERGY LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited financial results for the half year and quarter ended 30.09.2018. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the trading window the trading window will be closed from Tuesday, October 30, 2018 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
