INDIA GLYCOLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Boord of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 14th February, 2019 at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. The information is also available on the Companys website at www.indiaglycols.com. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by Insiders. the "Trading Window" for insiders for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 7th February, 2019 to 16th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
