This is further to our letter dated 27th July, 2018 intimating the date of Board meeting for consideration inter-alia the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing a statement of Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2018 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 8th August, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2018 of the Statutory Auditors M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants.The Board meeting was concluded at 4.45 p.m.
