it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25th July, 2019 at Kochi, has approved the Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 06:20 pm. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 we are enclosing the following documents: 1. Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results and Consolidated Segment Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. 2. Limited Review Report of the Auditors on the Consolidated Financial Results.
