We wish to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today i.e. on May 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019. Further, the Board at its meeting held today recommended Final Dividend of 30 % (Re. 0.60 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2018-19. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 03.25 p.m.
