INDO COUNT INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Further, in view of above, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Companys Directors and designated employees/persons of the Company from 21st October, 2018 to 4th November, 2018 (both days inclusive).
