The Board of Directors, in their meeting duly held on 28th July, 2018 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the followings: 1) Statement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. 2) The Limited Review Report on the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m.
