Pursuant to the requirements of the Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. October 30, 2018: 1. The Board has taken on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter & half-year ended September 30, 2018. The said results have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. Copies of un-audited Standalone Results and Statement of Assets & Liabilities as adopted along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter & half-year ended September 30, 2018 are enclosed herewith. 2. The Board has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.5/- per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share) for the financial year 2018-19. 4. The dividend will be paid on or after November 19, 2018.
