INLAND PRINTERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further, the trading window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all the directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 4th August, 2018 to 12th August, 2018(both days inclusive) and shall reopen on 13th August, 2018 as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company.
