In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 were approved in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:45 p.m.The Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) alongwith Limited Review Report, received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company is attached herewith.
