This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of IFB Industries Ltd. will consider and take on record the Audited Financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year 2017-18. Further please note that this is in compliance to Regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 which requires the Audited Financial Results of the Company for a financial year to be submitted within a period of 60 days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year.
