Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Boa d of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith our Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with limited review report of the Companys Auditors for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 of the financial year 2018-19, which was taken on record at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today at Mumbai. We are also enclosing herewith a press release issued by the Company in respect of its Q2 FY19 unaudited financial Results. Kindly note that the Board meeting started at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12.55 p.m.
