IRB Invit Fundhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 to consider and take on record, among other things: 1) Unaudited Financial results of IRB InvIT Fund for quarter ended June 30, 2019; 2) declaration of 1st distribution, if any, for the financial year 2019-20. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid 1st distribution, if declared, will be August 5, 2019.
