IRB Invit Fundhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 to consider and take on record, among other things: 1) Audited Financial results of IRB InvIT Fund for quarter and year ended March 31, 2019; 2) declaration of 4th distribution, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid 4th distribution, if declared, is May 10, 2019.
