ITD CEMENTATION INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 22nd May, 2019, at Mumbai inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and fifteen months period ended 31st March, 2019 and recommend dividend, if any. We confirm that as per Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, we have made necessary arrangement for publishing the Notice in respect of calling of the aforesaid Board Meeting on 22nd May, 2019 for the quarter and fifteen months period ended 31st March, 2019.
