ITD CEMENTATION INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 9th August, 2018, at Mumbai to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th June, 2018. We confirm that as per Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, we have made necessary arrangement for publishing the Notice in respect of calling of the aforesaid Board Meeting on 9th August, 2018 for the quarter and six months ended 30th June, 2018.
