Statement of Consolidated and Standalone Assets and Liabilities for the Year Ended 31st March 2019; 3. Statutory Auditors Report on Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2019 ; 4. Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for Audit Report with modified opinion) on: a. Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2019; and b. Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2019 The Board Meeting commenced at 5.00 pm on 28th May 2019 and concluded at 12.40 am on 29th May 2019.
