ITI LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018. Further, as per the ITI Limiteds Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Promoters and Designated Persons shall be closed from Friday, 1st February 2019 till Wednesday, 13th February 2019 (both days inclusive).
