With regard to the captioned matter and in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 10th November 2018 have approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2018. Copies of the Unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the limited review report and statement of assets and liabilities (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2018 are enclosed herewith. The Board meeting commenced at 2.45 P.M to 5.55 P.M This is for your kind information and record please.
