We wish to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th February 2019 approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018. Copies of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018 and limited review report of Statutory Auditors are enclosed herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 3.30 pm and concluded at 6.45 pm
