JAGATJIT INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. We wish to further inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, August 7, 2018 till Wednesday, August 15, 2018 (both days inclusive). During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
