The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 which commenced at 2:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:15 P.M. has inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2018 of the Company as recommended by the Audit Committee.
